Summary
New homelessness is a symptom of the housing shortage, yet resources are still often misallocated and local policy is often too short-sighted to address long-term needs for housing stock.
With the help of CA SB-13, our focus is to create housing density in both urban and suburban areas with accessory dwelling units. Our first product line, the Solo ADU Series, features a modular construction system built with prefabricated ISO containers.

The Solo ADU Series
Solo is an expandable modular building system designed for intermodal containers. The system enables various configurations to fit any backyard — starting at a comfy 2-module studio to a spacious 2bed 4-module.
