📓 Career Snapshot

While my path may seem unconventional, it's rooted in a singular pursuit: applying design thinking and creative solutions to real-world challenges.

This pursuit began in college, co-founding the largest on-campus startup club. This launchpad propelled me into a project management role at a growing software agency. After successfully leading the San Francisco office for three years, I established my own consultancy. This shift brought a distinct focus: empowering founders and product managers to build customer-validated products, moving beyond a "feature factory" mentality.

After five years of designing and building software, contributing to nearly a dozen successful exits, I felt a yearning to apply my skills to directly address challenges closer to home. My next venture focused on homelessness and housing affordability, a pressing issue in my community. Through my company, we designed and manufactured affordable prefab ADUs, merging progressive policy with modern construction methods. This approach was aimed at improving accessibility through increasing housing density. Our company provided a cost-effective alternative to custom homebuilding and attracted homeowners by streamlining the online buying experience.

To maximize my impact and dedicate more time to climate action, I sold the majority stake of my business to pursue an opportunity in climate tech. My current pursuit reflects this unwavering commitment: leveraging my skills and experience to create innovative solutions for the most pressing challenge of our era – building a more sustainable future.

Product Operations is a perfect blend of data analysis and product development. In most cases, this role entails working with a variety of inputs, both qualitative and quantitative, to design experiments and test hypotheses.

I have a deep desire to understand the goals of a business and help develop ways to improve the product or create net-new experiences that track toward OKRs. I think Product Operations sits at the center of this.
