Sr. Manager, Business Operations
As a senior manager at Thumbtack, I worked with a small team of specialists to find gaps in supply, demand, and operational efficiency and deploy operations experiments to validate and scale data-backed hypotheses.
Highlights
• Developed and commercialized demand generation experiments that increased CLTV by 3x in high value customer segments
• Led a major real estate partnership as General Manager, resulting in $10K MRR in alternate revenue within the first quarter

“New” homelessness is a symptom of a housing shortage, yet local and federal resources are still often misallocated. Our mission is to improve access to living space and increase housing density with truly affordable, turn-key accessory dwelling units.
Highlights
• Invented the Solo ADU Series, a modular construction system built with prefabricated ISO containers
• Within 6 months of launch, built a waitlist of more than 800 and doubled YoY organic traffic and online sales

Propeller bucked the feature factory trend and focused on customer-validate product development. Our team become an outsourced digital lab for rapid-growth startups and internal product teams.
As the company grew, we extended our capabilities beyond consumer mobile to AI and VR, attracting clientele from YC-alum Cruise Automation to Fortune 500 Gap, Inc.
2013
As the Head of Product, I led a team of designers and worked closely with engineering to develop Linea’s web, tablet, and mobile experiences. We raised a seed round to launch a photobook printing partnership with Fujifilm and develop a patented mechanism for storing, displaying, and organizing photos based on EXIF-data.
